This is a single Biscoff Cake Truffle. We make our truffles using our baked sponges crumbled up and mixed with buttercream and Biscoff. We then roll them into balls and dip in white chocolate with a sprinkle of Lotus biscuit crumbs and a drizzle of white chocolate.

Suitable for Vegetarians.
